In-house factory production control
Product quality is the be-all and end-all! For this purpose, responsibilities, process instructions and regular quality assurance checks must be defined along the manufacturing process. We support you in setting up a factory production control. Particularly in the case of special product properties that are not frequently tested, such as the “LH” property of cements according to DIN EN 197-1, a high level of resources must be kept available in the laboratory. We offer such tests in our excellently equipped and accredited laboratories as part of your in-house factory production control so that you can use your resources more effectively.
Concrete and concrete durability assessment
With extensive testing methods we can determine the properties of your concretes regarding fresh concrete, strength development or durability (material tests). Furthermore, our team will support you in evaluating the results.
Product development and optimisation
We are happy to accompany you both in the holistic development of innovative and sustainable building materials and in the optimisation of your current products. Together with you, we can use our wealth of expertise to concretise ideas and assess their potential in advance. We develop customised products and optimisations based on your requirements in our extensively equipped laboratories and are also available to support you during practical implementation.
