Concrete technology consulting and supervision during construction
Qualified concrete technology consulting for new structures exposed to high levels of exposure lays the decisive foundation for the durability of the structures as early as the planning phase. The KompetenzForum Bau consulting services cover all technical, economic and environmentally relevant aspects of the planning and construction of complex structures, e.g. catch basins and drainage areas for handling substances hazardous to water that are subject to the Water Resources Act, extinguishing towers, chimneys and other highly stressed structures from the fields of heavy industry, the chemical industry or water and wastewater treatment.
Expert planning in the field of concrete maintenance
Newly introduced or revised regulations in the field of concrete maintenance, such as the Additional Technical Terms of Contract and Guidelines for Engineering Structures (ZTV-ING) and the new Technical Rules (TR) of the DIBt, describe in detail how maintenance measures are planned by an expert planner (SKP) and how the construction of protection and repair measures is monitored. In order to meet the fundamental requirement for the structure, the expert planner defines the essential characteristics and requirements for products and systems for the protection and repair measures to be performed, taking into account the effects from the surroundings and the subsoil.
Thanks to many years of experience in the field of maintenance as well as numerous additional qualifications, such as certified expert planner for the maintenance of concrete components (SKP) and expert for concrete damage and concrete maintenance, the experts at KompetenzForum Bau can solve these complex tasks in a targeted manner for each unique situation.
